Russell has over 35 years of experience in the tile & stone industry and has been at BTS since 2007. He also supports BTS as an Estimator and Project Manager. He has a Project Manager Development Program (PMDP) certification and has completed Laticrete Technical Training.
PETE PMOPA
Vice-President
Pete has over 35 years of experience in the tile & stone industry. He’s been with BTS since 2010. He oversees day-to-day Field Operations. Specialized Training in Custom, Laticrete and Schluter products.

VERNON BURDITT
Co-Founder
Vernon has over 50 years of experience in the tile & stone industry. He co-founded BTS in 2000 and has extensive estimating, project management and technical/mechanical skill in all aspects of the trade.
JUDY MARTINEZ
Co-founder and Controller
Judy is an owner and co-founder of BTS. She oversees financial operations and has completed the AGC Project Management Course and the Bexar County Mentor/Protègè Program.
